Maria is the Chief Executive of Toi Foundation.
She is also the Chief Executive of Toi Foundation Holdings Ltd, and a Director on Toi Foundation Investments Ltd. Maria’s background is in the health and local government sectors.
Away from the foundation, Maria enjoys adding value to not-for-profit organisations around the region. She currently sits on the boards of The Good Collective, Hospice Taranaki Inc and the Elite Athletes’ Foundation. She is the previous Chair of Netball Taranaki, and mentor through Venture Taranaki’s Community Mentoring Scheme.
BUSINESS OPERATIONS MANAGER
Glen’s position holds responsibility for all operational activities of the foundation.
As part of his role, Glen oversees the Grants Team and is responsible for the foundation’s marketing, communications and board reporting.
FINANCE, RISK AND GROUP STRATEGY MANAGER
Dion’s position supports the financial and strategic planning needs of Toi Foundation, as well as its subsidiaries.
MANUTAKI WHAI HUA MĀORI
Keri’s role at Toi Foundation is Manutaki Whai Hua Māori – Māori Partnerships and Outcomes Lead.
Keri champions our Rangatiratanga - Empowering Māori Aspiration strategy, and drives our commitment to working in partnership with ngā Iwi o Taranaki and our Māori communities.
She is a member of Te Kāhui Pūmanawa – Māori Advisory Committee to Philanthropy New Zealand.
PHILANTHROPIC STRATEGY LEADER
Responsible for leading the foundation’s Child and Youth Wellbeing strategy.
Rob also supports the foundation’s community engagement activities and reporting requirements, while also building new relationships and strengthening those existing.
MATATUHI PUTEA - GRANTS ADVISOR
Kapoi is a member of the foundation’s Grants and Community Engagement Team.
Her role involves the management of grant applications, as well as facilitating community engagement initiatives. A key focus of Kapoi’s is to work with Māori and Iwi organisations, as well as community groups located throughout Taranaki.
Liza works within the foundation’s Grants and Community Engagement Team.
Her role assists and supports individuals and community groups applying for grants. Liza also manages the foundation’s grants software.
FINANCE ASSISTANT/BUSINESS ANALYST
Currently on maternity leave, Yvonne is employed as the foundation’s Finance Assistant/Business Analyst.
Alice works at the foundation in the role of Team Support.
Her wide and varied skillset helps to support and assist the team, while also managing the office reception to ensure our visitors are well looked after.
BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE ANALYST
In her role as the foundation’s Business Intelligence Analyst, Jamie collects and analyses all data relating to the foundation’s core business, strategy and community involvement.
Tania is Personal Assistant to the foundation’s Chief Executive, Maria Ramsay, and is also responsible for providing support to the foundation’s Board of Trustees.
Lisa works within our Grants and Community Engagement Team.
Through her role, she supports our community engagement activities and assists the Rangatiratanga - Empowering Māori Aspiration, and Child, Youth and Wellbeing strategy leaders.
Daniela joins the team to cover maternity leave and provides integral financial support to the foundation.
